It's disappointing to hear that you've been having signal issues for so long, I know how frustrating this must be and I genuinely am sorry. 

There are currently network issues in both your immediate and your surrounding area. We also have an issue that was raised late last night on the mast that you are connected to (0361) Our engineers are working as hard as they can to get everything resolved and get service restored as quickly as possible. 

I know that this is disappointing to hear as you've had disruption for 6+ weeks, but I just wanted to assure you that we're working on the problem and will get you back up and running as soon as we can.
