Hi there,
I am trying to change a payment detail (to different card) but when I change it on the website, it does not work with an error message, 'We're having trouble verifying your details. We may need additional information from you to take a payment - please watch out for a text from Vodafone. If you don't hear from us, please contact us.'
Can you check it please?

As this will require account access, which isn't available via the forum, you'll need to speak to someone. That means 191, Live Chat or the social media team on Facebook or Twitter.

However, Tobi doesn't work on my PC. Can you recommend other ways to speak to

Hey @park I hope you're well! As the Social Media team can't take any payment details from you for security reasons, please call the Billing team on 191 free from a Vodafone Pay monthly mobile, or 03333 040 191 from any other UK phone (standard charges apply).
