My Equifax report 1 week ago was rated as excellent then a change happened yesterday with a debt against VODAFONE LTD GEMINI (I) for £24 going back years. I had a Vodafone account (are VODAFONE LTD GEMINI (I) the same people). Everything was paid on business contract on Direct Debit so not possible to miss a payment. I have never received any payment chase correspondence and now this has damaged my rating. I cannot contact Vodafone as no one will speak to me as i am not a current account holder.
Can someone please assist with this ?
