Has anyone been successful in activating an Apple Watch Series 8 with a OneNumber subscription? I’ve been going round in circles for the last couple of days, but still ‘No SIM, no Connection’.

I have been going round in circles with vodafone for over 1 month in trying to get my apple watch series 8 connected to cellular, still no luck and have tried everything, frustrating thing is the guys helping me seem to repeat the exact same processes as one another and i keep explaining that i have done it before, they keep promising it will work but absolutely nothing.

Hey @fmdarmoo I'm sorry to hear that your watch issue is still ongoing, I can certainly appreciate the frustration this will be causing. As we have no account access on the Forum, we would need you to reach out to one of the support teams either on Social Media, LiveChat or over the phone so this can be escalated for you.

Thanks Steph I already have this issue escalated with a complaints manager, just reading how many people are having issues with Vodafone setting up Apple Watches is quite alarming and frustrating at the same time

Thanks for letting me know @fmdarmoo I'm glad it's been escalated for you so that we can get it all resolved. We're working on streamlining the processes and troubleshooting for the watches so all feedback is appreciated.

Just to confirm its the 20th September and still no luck, its reached to a point that my case manager does not know what to do. its frustrating that the size of Vodafone and no one at present can resolve my issue, its beyond a joke now and i need to have my case escalated..

I'm sorry to hear this still isn't resolved @fmdarmoo I can only imagine how frustrating this must be. Based on what you've said previously, it sounds like your case is already with our complaints team. I'd recommend speaking with your case handler to see what the next step are, if you're looking to escalate further.
