Hi, I have opted out of all marketing information but still receive a weekly SMS from Vodafone about network maintenance in a post-code I am 15 miles away from;

"Hello. It looks like there's a problem with our mobile network in EC2M2QS. Sorry for any disruption to your service - we know how frustrating this can be. Rest assured, we're working hard to get things back up and running as quickly as we can, and we'll keep you in the loop on our progress. Thanks for your patience."

How can I block these messages? They are incredibly annoying.

Hi @djf

Try texting Stop All to 9774.  See if it works.

The problem will be it won't take immediate effect and you may still continue to receive some messages.

I've given "stop sms" a try instead...
