The mobile signal has been terrible in the Merrion Centre area of Leeds for at least the last 4 weeks. I have heard rumours that a local mast is being worked on but I'm unable to make calls, and access the internet via data. As I use my phone mainly while at work, I'm just wondering what I'm actually paying for?

Can you use the template in this link and also within the link is a mast checker to see if there is a known issue.

The Vodafone Social Media Teams Here will then take a look for you.
Unfortunately all networks have issues with notspots andfringe coverage areas and insome cases mast congestion.
Their aim is to provide coverage in as many places as possible , and as such as long they are providing signal in areas in the UK then they are fulfilling their end of the contractual terms.
I toatally appreciate this is impacting you where you work.
