There has been a fault showing g for the above mast for some time. It says a specialist engineer will be sent. Has he got lost? Can you tell me when the repairs are likely to be carried out as my signal at home is Almost zero.
The mast postcode is DA1 4DR

Thank you for your reply. However I have now been notified that the mast is working. I can assure you it isn't. I am connecting to a mast some considerable distance away and getting an intermittent 1 bar and relying upon wifi calling. If you couldn't get in to the site until 25th March, how did it supposedly start to work again a couple of weeks ago?

Vodafone wouldn't lie would they lol its probably your settings 😂 vodafail doing its usual delay/deflection tatics as usual I've come to the conclusion if it's not simple account problems there is nothing they can do most of the messages I've seen on this forum about signal problems never get resolved. I don't expect Vodafone to improve signal coverage where its always been bad but taking it away where it was fine and not admitting it should not be acceptable.

The mast is down again and has been for several weeks. After being told it was back up a few months ago. It only produced a very weak signal when it was supposed to be working. I can only get one bar if I am lucky and have to stand in the garden to get that. Obviously I have wifi calling but I am relying on my broadband for that. I have just purchased a brand new S24 with no extra signal. Could Vodafone please give a genuine answer, tell me if this mast will ever work again. We are still awaiting a specialist engineer according to the status checker. If this continues I will have to look at my contract and decide when to leave.
