My 5G failed to activate in Italy last week.

Hi when I was in Italy the other day my 5G failed to activate.  I have to leave today for Italy again.  I need it to work.  I have been on MyVodafone and have checked all my phone settings and cannot see anything wrong.  I have also tried calling Vodafone who don't have any active support to talk to.  Can anyone help me?

There is a list of where 5G is available in Italy here: Roaming in Europe but you should be be able to access 4G.

If you are on a plan taken out before 11 August 2021 or on a plan with 4 extra benefits there will be no extra charges in Europe.  Further information here: Charge Checker
