If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service? 10 minutes from my house

The coverage in Hampton Hill has never been great, I also have a Giff Gaff SIM which I believe to be on O2 and this is marginally better.

I complained years ago but nothing ever changed. I subscribed to alerts but I may not receive these if the signal is not great 😁.

Being an optimist, I am hopeful that the work at the end of this month may make a difference. 👍

so, it looks like they're doing works tomorrow around the TW12 3NR area, so I wonder if that will help any of you guys on here?

Hi.

All work has been done and unfortunately the signal strength is just as bad as it has ever been in this area.

Nothing has changed in years. It would be helpful if Vodaphone could be more transparent about the work they are doing. To say maintenance is of no help, does this mean it is a fault fix or is it an upgrade? If they could acknowledge that the signal is not good in this area that would help and even better is there are any plans to rectify the situation.

Andy.

We've received the message saying everything was done, yet also see no improvement in service

The million dollar question is, how do we get Vodaphone to address this?
Do they monitor this forum?

has there been any improvement here for you guys yet?

so, i've just put in Tw121NT into the status checker and it says you should now be getting 5g indoors and outdoors. Have your speeds improved yet? :Smiling:

I’ve not been up to the area for a few weeks so I can’t comment.. Hopefully someone who lives that way can yell us

Hi.

Unfortunately there has been no change in signal strength, I am still getting between 0 to 1 bar one my phone.

Regards,

Andy.

have you guys had any luck with things improving here yet? :Smiling:
