The map shows 4g Good indoors & outdoors regardless of the zoom level.
I understand there will be variations in the map and accrual coverage but when it says 4g Good indoors & outdoors and to actually get nothing isn't a variation, its wrong!
Yes I used Sure Signals, yes I have phones that aren't capable of wifi calling and yes this is a big issue. I have stuck with Vodafone for about 30 years for both personal and business contracts even after they decommissioned their masts and started using O2's in our area.
Now they have discontinued the Sure Signal I may as well move to someone like Sky that also uses O2's equipment but are far cheaper!
Just spoken to customer service and no they wont help with an early upgrade but at least I can get pac codes on 2 that are out of contract
