Not able to connect to a particular website

I discovered an issue with Vodafone network that following website does not open https://twentyninehounslow.com/  However it works on Wifi and all other companies Network like EE etc.

The IP address of this website is : 35.178.204.156

I have checked that this is not DNS problem because this website even does not open with IP address however this IP also works with other Network providers.

Please have a look and suggest. it looks like you are blocking this IP.

Thank you very much for providing us with this information @punitkocher11. We've ran some tests on our side and found no issues with this website or IP address. The site however wasn't categorised on our systems, this has now been classified as “Restaurants”, so is on the Whitelist categories. Let us know if you continue to experience issues accessing the site on or network and if so, let us know what errors you're seeing on your side. If you could also provide some screenshots to show us what's happening, this would also be really helpful 👍
