No 4g E symbol-I Phone

My i phone  11 has suddenly and permanently gone to a symbol E ,for 2 weeks so i can’t use it out of the  wi-fi area, I contacted vodaphone done all the network re sets , had a new sim , checked sim in another phone and worked , but I still cannot get full network coverage. ? No one seems to be able to fix this ??I’ve been to currys akso they haven’t seen this problem for this length of time,

it’s very frustrating there is no signal issue we’re I live but recently seen 5 g do seems to be related to this ?

Nope it kicks in for a minute if want to try and send a message goes back to e no signal or low or have to wait for wi fi so annoying

Yep I still get the e signal in all different  places  a mile away even  20 miles away etc I think I may need a new phone but persevering as expensive! Though my son has an  I phone 11 on vodaphone and his is fine I’m preserving but frustrated as can’t use what’s app or parking apps if in. A Bad area with e !  The network re set didn’t work thanks 

had network turned off then re set 24 hours by vodaphone still doesn’t work so as said before given up not great when can’t what’s app of use a parking app when out !

Not sure I could try that if I can prize the phone off a Teenager ! Though it was a new sim

Thanks very much for this. I constantly need the internet when I’m out so this has to either be sorted or I’m cancelling my contract. Received a new sim today and tried to activate it. Now says this number cant be activated online. Is there on thing Vodafone does working!!!

This is just an update for the future victims. Nothing Vodafone did worked, so I have now moved to 3 Mobile and got my 5G in 10 minutes with an E-Sim. My number will be transferred tomorrow. What a pain it has been.
