4 adults in household all with different Vodafone mobile contracts all showing no service message for 2 days.
in-line chat completely hopeless says there’s nothing wrong & gave us instruction for resetting our phones(which we have tried). It’s not the phones it’s the mast our phones work from. All of us can’t have issues with our phone. One phone is 2 weeks old, very frustrating when you work from home and cannot make or receive calls or send messages.
please sort Vodafone ASAP. It’s not acceptable to be telling us it’s all ok when clearly it isn’t …if we leave home the phones all work perfectly well!

The Vodafone Social Media Team's can certainly look at your case and if deemed necessary involve their networking Team's @w14debs
All they ask is that a person uses the template found in Network-issues-initial-checks-and-template.

To the social media team, I would appreciate your help to investigate our issue. The network checker says everything is ok with signalling but we have no service at our home address. I have used template as requested
TN26 - full postcode on my profile
Happens in one location, that being our home address
4 different Vodafone accounts at same household all have same problem but all of our phones work perfectly around 2 miles away from property
No service
We usually all have 4g service but nothing currently when at home
This issue is permanent when at our address, the phones work fine when around 2-3 miles away from property or any other location ie at wok and when out and about

Hi @w14debs! I'm sorry you're having connection issues. I've taken a look at the postcode you provided and the coverage is good indoors and outdoors for 2G, 3G, and 4G. There is no 5G coverage at the moment I've also taken a look at the specific mast you connect to (No. 1759) and there is no downtime or maintenance. You're able to check any maintenance in your postcode at any time by entering it into our Network Status Checker: www.vodafone.co.uk/nsc.
In the meantime, if you've got a Wi-Fi connection at home, you can use Wi-Fi calling and texting to keep in contact with people. To get this set up on your phone, please click here for more information. I would recommend reaching out to our Social Media team here and we can get a network case raised if needs be, once we've checked over your account 🙂

Thank you for your reply, yes fully aware the coverage is showing as good I was able to check this on network checker but unfortunately this does not explain why we have no service.
4 different phones & 4 different accounts cannot have the same no service problem at the same address without it being a Vodafone issue not a phone issue. All our phones work perfectly when 2 miles away from home. I’ve had my Vodafone contract for 20 years living at the same address and we’ve never had this issue.
it’s now day 3, it’s still the same & we are all paying monthly contracts!
This is exasperating and frustrating because the ‘computer says’ everything is fine. We had strong winds at the weekend could that have anything to do with it?

I do not understand why advisors are not aware of this maintenance and continue to advise the service is good!!! Thankfully someone is well informed & can put our mind at rest that we are not all going mad!
Vodafone connection problems in Woodchurch
We contacted Vodafone this morning (Thursday 10th) and they informed us that the maintenance work that is currently affecting the Woodchurch area should be completed by Friday 11th Feb. The maintenance reference is CRQ000000845242. Once the service has been restored individual contract owners will be able to contact Vodafone for compensation.

While Vodafone investigate the network issue @w14debs if you don't have data calling activated, well worth activating, you will then be able to make and receive calls without a mobile signal over a WiFi connection, depending on the phones you are using you should also be able to send and receive texts messages. To activate text CALLING to 97888 and follow the set up procedure here: Data Calling
