No Signal or 4G at Home

Network checker indicates strong signal and 4G in my area. I get virtually no signal and no 4G.

Thanks for letting me know @Scriblet If you're getting no service at all we will need to access your account to check your usage and then run through some testing with you so that we can look into raising a case with the engineers to get them to investigate.
