My number is port from Lyca to Vodafone However I am not receiving any incoming call or SMS.
This is very frustrating without any network in 2021. Can someone please look into this asap?
This may sort itself out tomorrow, try doing a network scan from your connection settings, when the scan completes, select any other network, and reselect Vodafone. Also try just turning the phone off and back on.

I will wait for tomorrow otherwise will raise again in this forum.
I can understand how frustrating this must be for you.
If a Split Port happens then only Customer services via Live Chat, 191 or the Social Media Team's via here can assist.
Unfortunately there is no account access via the Vodafone Community Forum.
