1) Only happens at work or surrounding area within a mile
2) Location Hanworth TW13 6JE
3) Happens on 3/4 different phone at this site different users all on Vodafone
4) The other person can hear you but you cannot hear them and then after a little while call disconnects and you get the message on the phone call diconnected
5) 5g is showing on the service between 2-3 bars for service level Data is poor Download 2Mbs Upload 1.7Mbs Ping456ms
6) Started seeing problems end of the first week in December 2022
7) This issue occurs on nearly every call sometime straight away or after 4-5 mins. maybe 1 call in 20 (a short call) might be okay
Tried calling Vodafone support just keep getting told we have checked and there is no problems showing in the area and try resetting the phone reseat the sim and reset the network settings, but this is happening other phone on the same network. On one of the phone was told to try an E sim this made no difference had to to vodafone store to get replacement sim as the tech on the phone tried to reset this and then could not reconnected and could not use the old sim.

You're welcome, my brother has just left them and moved over to EE. They're really the only usable network in the area. O2's status page now says engineers are carrying out investigations and will have an update by 30th June, vodafones as usual says nothing. When you ring up they're blaming a mast in tw26df that's down that is apparently causing the issues, it's crazy!

This problem has been going on since Dec 2022 6 Months and they still can't even give a answer to whats wrong. i bet if you did not pay for 1 month they would be on your case. where is the Head Office is it in London might be worth going there and asking someone

So no update on the ofcom side of things yet. Tried to tweet them earier and they just said we are aware of issues and still have no timeframe for a fix. Tw12 is riddled with issues, it's crazy and they're switching off 3g in London from this month, madness!

like you say they are switching off 3G but the Data Services on VF here are crap seema problem with VF in many places

Are there any moderators still reading this thread? Is there any update on this mast or ofcom's findings? 6 months without a reliable service is really poor for people in this area.

Hey Jade, I've had a check into the mast serving the postcode you've provided earlier in the thread. It's not showing me any information in regards to ongoing maintenance. I have some colleagues in 3rd line tech I can ask but I don't believe they work over the weekend. After the weekend I'm next in on Tuesday so I will get back to you.

Thanks, the last update I got from Ker Anderson who works for you guys was on May 25th and this is his message to me on twitter which i have copied and pasted here for you, so I wonder if there has been any updates since? Hi Jade, appears.we have an external interference issue in the TW13 area following yet another field engineer visit. We have referred it to Ofcom, will let you know how things progress

when we ever have had updates it always says that there is a problem in Tw136AW. so that might be a good place to look at. Thanks, Jade.

and as I know you guys share masts with o2, here is the update from o2's status page.
Sorry, a phone mast close to you isn't working as well as we would expect
Our engineers are carrying out some checks to investigate issues in this area. While we do this, you might have some trouble with your calls, texts and data, sorry. We will update you by Friday 30th June 2023.

Unfortunately, as I feared they aren't in office over the weekend. I should hopefully have more information on Tuesday.
