Poor to no signal in Sr7  Since beginning of December...I have to use wifi calling however my husband who is currently housebound and undergoing medical tests and his phone is not wifi enabled. The network coverage shows an issue in DH6 2 but not when it will be fixed. Should I be getting a refund on my bill....my broadband is bt.

I'm sorry to hear you're having difficulty connecting at the moment @valbr. I've taken a look into the issue currently being experienced in the DH6 area (Ref:  INC000005051972) . I can see this is a matter of outside interference and appears to be affecting more than just our network. We're working to get this issue resolved as soon as possible, but unfortunately don't have an expected resolution for this at the moment. Once this has been resolved, reach out to us via one of our social channels and we'll be more than happy to look into a refund of your line rental for any period you've had 0 usage. With regards to your husbands phone, please let us know the make and model and we'll be more than happy to check if it's WiFi compatible and how to set this for you.

Your husbands phone should be able connect to your WiFi and stay connected the same way you do with your phone @valbr. Our online guide offers more help with this.

Vodafone staff have already tried to set up WiFi calling however it appears it is mot available on this phone as the model is not recent enough
