Hi
I wonder if anyone can offer any help or guidance on this issue please:
For the last year or so, I've had an issue where incoming calls (via the Vodafone network) to my iPhone drop after 1 ring, with the call either going to voicemail (if activated) or simply failing.
Working with Vodafone support, we have tried multiple solutions including reseting of phone parameters, deactivation/reactivation of voicemail, deleting/recording of new voicemail message, new SIM card and, more recently (this week), a move to eSIM. I have also replaced the phone - moving from an iPhone 11 to iPhone 14.
However, the problem persists; an incoming call will generally ring once before failing.
This week I purchased a Tesco Pay as you go SIM (so the phone currently has a physical SIM and an eSIM). With Tesco, the phone now works perfectly; I am able to receive and answer incoming calls.
Before I cancel my Vodafone contract and move to another provider, I wondered if anyone has ever experienced a similar issue to mine and, if so, would be able to offer any advice or help. Else I feel the best course of action is to close the this down by moving to another network.
Thank-you.

Hi @Darnicmax Thanks for raising this. Have you tried to alter the amount of rings set on your phone before going to voicemail? This can be set from 5 to 30 seconds, in 5-second intervals. Steps on how to change this can be found here. If issues persist, please message us via the contact information here and we'll get things looked into.
