My website is blocked to anyone on vodafone

Hi, I am getting messages from people saying my website is blocked &/or showing as 18+ but it is not 18+ and it is accessible to anyone off the vodafone network, can you please check and unblock it if so:

Hi @jonn4y The team have come back to advise that the website is blocked as it currently contains malware, suspicious content and spam. The site would need to be checked and cleansed by your IT team before we could unblock it. If you follow this link here and put in your website URL, it shows you what the team can see. We would need all of the red and orange flags to be dealt with and be able to show as green before we can re-raise it for unblocking.

I am having a similar issue on my website www.lybertine.com. 
It is not an adult site yet it looks like it is blocked on the platform. Can you please assist with this ?  Thanks.
