R228t keep turning off

Hello,

my R228t device keep turning off while it’s plugged in, so its definitely not a battery issue as its fully charged. Nothing else wring with it, the net works, but out of nowhere the device just turns off and all my connection turns off too. 

what can i do to resolve this??

To conserve battery, the device will go into sleep mode @fanniblgh22 , if this is what is happening as soon as you try and make a connection to the internet, the device will wake up.  To prevent this happening use the device connected to a mains socket.

It’s not helping as I keep plugged in to a main socket all day..
