Hi,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue we are currently facing with Vodafone, a company affiliated with yours. It has come to our notice that our website, travelodeal.co.uk is being blocked by Vodafone.
Despite our efforts to reach out through emails and calls, we have been unable to establish contact with Vodafone to request the unblocking of our website. We believe there might be a misunderstanding, as our site has been thoroughly checked and is confirmed to be clean.
We kindly seek your assistance in helping us reach the relevant department at Vodafone to address and resolve this matter promptly. Your support in facilitating communication with Vodafone would be highly appreciated.

Hi @Abhishek_Govani Thanks for raising this to us. Looking at the URL via VirusTotal the scan comes back clean. So we can look into raising this to our Networking Teams, please provide a screenshot of the error experienced when trying to access the site.

I've shared a screenshot from our customer, and it appears that the same issue is affecting all customers using Vodafone as their service provider.

Hi @Abhishek_Govani I've checked this morning and we haven't had an update. However, with it being less than 24 hours since it was raised, we generally wouldn't expect anything yet. Please rest assured that we pro-actively monitor each case and as soon as we know more, you'll be the first to know.
