I have been using Google Translate to talk to customer service regarding the issue with having no service anywhere.
From what I understand they are saying it's just a problem with my device but this is not true because I had a different SIM in it prior to switching to them. https://omegle.onl/

May I point out that this forum is for UK Customers only.
The Vodafone Social Media Team's can only access UK Vodafone accounts via Facebook Messenger or Twitter DM.

Please correct me if I'm wrong but isn't KlarMobile a German MVNO ?
If your in the UK visiting and wanting to use their sim card and services in the UK i.e roaming then they would need to have roaming turned On in your account, and have available roaming partners in the UK.
The different Vodafone Network's across different countries are not linked. They use use same Vodafone Brand Name only so Vodafone UK cannot access another countries Vodafone Account.
Some generic troubleshooting tips >
Check your phone for any relevant roaming settings.
Sometimes going into the phone's Settings then Connections and choosing a different network and then rechoose the original network helps.
Try your sim card in another phone if you can to try and rule out a sim card or account error.
