Secure Net incorrectly blocking our company's website

Good afternoon,

 

We moved our website to a new domain (https://getindya.com/) and discovered that Secure Net is blocking it.

It happened both on computers and mobile phones, so I contacted you through this forum:

Thank you for your support and quick replies, unfortunately, the issue is not solved yet, we don't know what is the problem, but Vodafone clients are still being denied access due to Secure Net.

 

Could you please check it?

I've tried to connect to your site using a non-Vodafone connection @INDYA and this is being blocked by another providers anti-virus protection too. As your site's being blocked by multiple providers, please take any necessary action to strengthen your site security and prevent it being blocked in the future.

We've checked again and Secure Net is no longer blocking our site, thank you.

 

Currently, we are working with Sucuri to remove this domain from every blocklist, Mark, could you please let me know which provider/antivirus blocked you to speak with them as well?

Hi @INDYA, thanks for the update. We know it can be a tough task to get the domain unblocked across the multiple vendors. It can take sometime to get you the answer, but we would recommend putting the request in here.
