Secure net incorrectly blocking our website on vodaphone

Hi there, I am the owner of urlbae.com and I have had a number of our customers complain that SecureNet is blocking Vodaphone users from our website.  

it works fine via WiFi or if they connect using a vpn but directly with vodaphone it’s being blocked. 

It says the connection is not private but we have a valid SSL connection in place.

 Is there anyway to get it whitelisted and get these issues resolved?  Thanks in advance if anyone is able to offer some help.

Hey @Lewis1994 I hope you're doing well. I've checked your site and it has been flagged by 5 security vendors as 'malicious' as it contains malware. You can view this for yourself here. We would need the site to be cleaned of all malware and flags before we can raise it for a reclassification.

thanks for the reasoning behind this. I will reach out to each of the companies reporting it as such and submit false positives. 

The site operates as a link shortener. We prioritize internet safety and have rigorous measures in place to prevent any form of misuse of our services, such as redirection to malicious websites.

Despite our proactive efforts, it seems that urlbae.com has been erroneously labeled as a harmful site. We have conducted comprehensive internal reviews and can assure you that our website is safe, secure, and free from any malicious content. We believe this situation to be a result of an automated classification error or a misunderstanding.

once we have removed the virus total false positives I will get back to you here to request a review.

Thanks @Lewis1994 Once we can see that all of the security flags are removed on Virus Total, we can absolutely submit a reclassification request for you. 

Virus total now reporting security flags, can we now please proceed with unblocking our domain.

Hi @Effie, I have been chasing the vendors via the virus total to get them to review our site. 

They have now all confirmed it as a false positive and have updated virus total as such.

There is now no longer any virus total issues. With this in mind can you please request that my domain be unblocked by vodaphone.
