SecureNet blocking my website

Hi there, I am the CEO of butlerbookings.co.uk and a number of our customers and staff members have reported that SecureNet is blocking Vodaphone users from our website.  It says the connection is not private but we have a valid SSL connection in place.  Is there anyway to get it whitelisted and get these issues resolved?  Thanks in advance if anyone is able to offer some help.

If you are blocking us for being an 18+ website then why are you only blocking us and hardly any of our competitors who are offering the same kind of services?

I have had a look at https://www.blocked.org.uk/ and hardly any of our competitors are being blocked by Vodaphone.  This is discrimination.

@enigma1985 The website was being blocked incorrectly by Secure Net as of February 7th 2023 when you contacted us through the Community to update this. This was then reclassified as of February 9th 2023 as confirmed by Gemma above. Since then we've been able to view the website with Secure Net and without, as well as through our work laptops which have a more strict level of content controls due to the nature of our work. 

I can see through Social Media that this has been raised to a separate team to review as this isn't a Secure Net or Content Control issue at this point. You'll be updated via Social Media once we've received an update from them

this isn't the case though because our staff member reported again today they are still being blocked when they were trying to accept a job via a link to our website..

our staff member got a securenet block message on the 20th of march as well so it is a securenet related issue

he can accept jobs perfectly fine on wifi but whenever he is using Vodafone he's getting either the securenet message or SSL errors.

they came back to say its been whitelisted but today again another of our staff members has reported they are blocked form accepting jobs via our website links. he is also with vodaphone too.....

round and round in circles, its like you are intentionally trying to damage our business and doing nothing to rectify the issues.

once again he can accept jobs via wifi but not using the vodaphone network

I have just asked a member of staff (who is on Vodaphone) to try our website (https://www.butlerbookings.co.uk) and its blocked, but  they can access our competitors website absolutely fine when we offer the same services (https://www.butlerswithbums.co.uk.  screenshots attached below:
