Hi there, I am the CEO of butlerbookings.co.uk and a number of our customers and staff members have reported that SecureNet is blocking Vodaphone users from our website. It says the connection is not private but we have a valid SSL connection in place. Is there anyway to get it whitelisted and get these issues resolved? Thanks in advance if anyone is able to offer some help.

Why is Vodaphone blocking us but not our competitors? this is discrimination and appalling. If you are going to block us then you need to be blocking everyone in the industry.

just to add as well, they were also on Vodaphone and they couldn't access the ann summers website either, same error message

I have just asked a member of staff (who is on Vodaphone) to try our website (https://www.butlerbookings.co.uk) and its blocked, but they can access our competitors website absolutely fine when we offer the same services (https://www.butlerswithbums.co.uk. screenshots attached below:

I've grouped all your posts here @enigma1985. This will help us keep everything together and help avoid any confusion with the information provided.
With regards to the issues your colleague is having, I've tried to access your site using a Vodafone connection with no content control bar in place and had no problems at all. Please ask your member of staff to check the content control levels on their account via the My Vodafone app.

I don't know about his content control level but the issue is he can access our competitors website and male stripper websites and not ours. Your content controls are switched on by default so it causes us a lot of issues with our staff and customers. Why should we be singled out and blocked when butlerswithbums.co.uk isn't?If you are blocking us on the grounds that we offer 18+ services then butlerswithbums.co.uk as well as all other companies offering butler in the buff or stripping services should also be blocked. We have grounds to take legal action if you are blocking us and not everyone else offering the same services as it is discrimination.

Why should we have to ask all our customers and staff to change their content control levels when our competitors don't when they provide the same kind of services

@enigma1985 I've checked our Social Media conversation and can see the team are waiting from a response from you regarding the website. Please update them there if you're still experiencing issues 🙂

If you're talking about twitter I am waiting for a response from them? I am also waiting on a response from you regarding my last posts here?

Apologies @enigma1985, the latest conversation hadn't updated my side, I've reviewed this again and can see we've raised for the fourth time to a back office team, and we're now awaiting a response (which you should receive on April 3rd). As we've advised on this thread previously, we're not seeing the same error that you are and have asked that cache and cookies be cleared, as well as for your colleague to update their content controls and try again so we're able to test this.
On March 22nd I personally asked a colleague with SecureNet active in his phone to access the site in front of me and he had no issues doing so. This isn't a case of discrimination as we're working as hard as we can to get to the bottom of it for you and will need you to work with us in order to do so. Thank you for your patience as we continue to investigate through Social Media, you'll be updated there once we've received a further response back from the back office team this has been sent to.

Our staff member who is on vodaphone could not access website like annsummers.co.uk, porn websites, butlersinthebuff.co.uk, our website. But they could access butlerswithbums.co.uk and another male stripping website without any issues. His content settings are irrelevant because this was switched on by default on his phone and it outlines that the way you block websites is totally unfair and discriminatory. If you are going to block 18+ sites then ALL businesses in our industry should be blocked in the same way as we are. I have given you many examples and screenshots over the last few months of our website being blocked by your network.
