Site Blocked on Vodaphone 5G

Hi 

Our site https://personaparlor.com  is being blocked by vodafone, it appears our SSL certificate is being replaced by one from Allot? 
The site is work across all other networks, why is it being blocked for vodafone customers?

Hi @MetropolisWorld When access is being blocked to your site, do you have a screenshot of the error message being received? This would help us to identify why your site's being blocked and help us when looking into this for you.

Yeah so the site is only blocked when users try to access it via Vodafone mobile network, all other mobile networks and wifi it is fine. 
Here are some screenshots. 
The certificate details page shows a SSL certificate for Allot which is not our SSL provider, it seems it get replaced in you filtering.
