Good day,
My client, cambridgedriving.academy is currently receiving a lot of complaints from their clients that they cannot access the website when on the Vodafone network. An SSL certificate error is shown when trying to access the site.
Please could you assist?
Thanks!

Hi @CareNet. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. After checking the website on Virus Total, a few security vendors have flagged the website Malware, this is why it's blocked. Please ask you client, to get in touch with their IT team so they can resolve this. After the website is clear, we can help get the site reclassed.

Can you put some light why did you block and how to resolve the issue ?

Hye @CareNet. We have blocked the website due to Malware reported by a few security vendors. If you visit Virus Total, and search for the URL, you will see that it has been reported due to Malware. The IT team or owner of cambridgedriving.academy, will need to resolve this Malware issue, after Virus Total clears the website we can unblock it.

As per your link only 3/95 reported but they are not saying any reasons. Either please share the reason so we can look into this but this is not valid reasons someone reported so you blocked.

@CareNet, Yes, 3 out of 95 have reported Malware, it shows in red next to it. As long as any of the venders report an issue, we can't unblock the website until the Malware issue is cleared. Tal

Then you must need to share the reason because we did audit and there is no issue.

Thanks for getting back to us @CareNet I've double checked and your URL is still flagging as malicious on VirusTotal but also shows it as clean. Additionally, blocked.org shows we aren't blocking it either. Nonetheless, I've raised this internally to look into, under INC000005198166, and as soon as we have an update we'll let you know here.
