Terrible Signal

Vodafone, your mobile signal is awful I am a new customer joined in August and my phone can't connect to 4G/5G reliably doesn't load anything at all and It also keeps switching to EDGE or No Service this is everywhere in my city and it's affecting my work I will put a screenshot of it I had NEVER Seen EDGE on my phone before I contacted support but useless they all tell me the same old rubbish I have a 14 pro max which is designed to only connect to 4G/5G as allowed in settings but my phone literally as no choice to choose EDGE because it can't get a good signal I have also tried my s23 ultra same issue so this is not my phone anyone knows what to do???????

That's not good @Jozue2002  

As a process of elimination to help rule out the phone at issue can you try your Sim Card in another phone ?

Also try another sim card in your phone and then see what happens to see if your sim is at issue. 

Ask Customer Services to ensure your new account is fully set up and if you've ported from another UK network ask them if any form of split port maybe hampering your account. 

Double check your signal and data speeds via the Vodafone Network checker.

It's not signal strength, I'm sat 20m away from a 5g mast and cannot get a data connection.

Someone is getting the 5g bandwidth but it is not the customers.
