Unable to get network on international roaming

I have activated my international roaming on Vodafone India. However, it is not picking up network and I have tried to reach out to the Vodafone staff-they haven’t been helpful.

Currently in the UK https://vshare.onl/, and desperately need my Vodafone India number to work. Any solutions will be helpful.

Hello there @bulnomali 👋 I understand how important it is to stay connected, especially whilst you're travelling. 

The first thing we'd recommend doing would be to:

1. Turn your phone off and remove your SIM card

2. Leave it off for a couple of minutes

3. Then pop your SIM card back in and switch your phone on 

This may force your phone to update on our local network here 🙂

We don't have access to Vodafone India accounts here, so if you're still having issues after this, we'd need you to contact them directly again.
