Hi, I've got a mesh network and have disabled Wi-Fi on my router so that I get better signal around the house.
One thing I've always struggled with even when just using the router was to get to get my iphone to speak to my Apple TV when the Apple TV was wired. In WiFi mode it works but is stuttery. Back to wired, nothing. I've stopped using the Apple TV but my new Samsung TV has Airplay so I wanted to try again. The TV is wired. Should my phone and my TV be able to communicate. It feels like they should as they are all on the same network. I did some reading a while back which suggested that the problem might be because the Vodafone router does not support IPV6 but a friend says this should not be the case.
Any help or suggestions gratefully received.
