VOXI takes too long to activate

I bought VOXI sim and entered information in activation page online. It has been 7 hours and I still get no signal and cannot login VOXI website.

Does it normally take this long?

Hi @90251, after you've registered your SIM, it can take up to 24 hours for it activate. There are often times you will need to change your APN settings if you've come from Pay Monthly to VOXI. If you're still having problems, fire us over a message on social media, we'll talk you through it
