Hello, My client has notified me that their website is being blocked by users when trying to access the website using Vodafone on the mobile. Users are seeing: The Connection Is Not Private.
Even though we have an SSL certificate installed. This is the website: https://ccha.biz/
From similar posts, I think you need to reclassify the website?

The Vodafone Social Media Teams read all posts so should be able to help with this, and or speak to them directly via Facebook or X.

Hi @cudedesign Scanning the URL via VirusTotal it does come back clean, and as mentioned previously, the site isn't reporting as blocked. If you can please provide a screenshot of the error users of our network are facing when accessing the site, we can look into things further.

Thanks, what could be the cause then? As people using Vodafone are definitely being blocked.
