Hi @wildr-team I've raised this with our Network Team under the reference: INC000005031759. As soon as we have an update for you we'll let you know here.

Hi @wildr-team. Thank you for your patience. Our Network team have reviewed and reclassified the URL in question. Please clear your browser cache and cookies before trying again.

Thank you @Jason. Just to confirm, will our subdomains (like api.wildr.com) also work now?

Hi @wildr-team you should be good to go. If you encounter any issues, or have further concerns, please let us know.

Hi Lucy, we're also seeing the same issue on our website that uses a wildcard SSL certificate. Who can I email to have the website reclassified?

Thank you

Hey @srandall I hope you're doing well. What is your website URL? I can raise a reclassification for you.

Thanks. The URL is https://designer.folioalbums.com

If you try yourself to the homepage it will redirect you as you need to logged in to access the site.  But you can visit https://designer.folioalbums.com/test.php to access the certificate.

Thanks @srandall I've raised a case for the site to be reclassified. As soon as we have an update for you we will let you know here.

We also had some issues previously because we have a section on our website called Pro Zone ... i.e. Professional Zone, where our customers can access FAQs, help docs, resources etc. It turns out that Pro Zone was identified by the adult content filters for some reason and blocked. I'm not sure if this is still happening, but if our domain can be whitelisted for that keyword that would be great.

The team will look into this as part of the reclassification case @srandall As soon as we have an update for you, we'll let you know.
