I've been using VOXI for a few years now, and I've never had 4G connection. No matter where I go, even in other countries, I'm always stuck on H+. I'm now on my third phone, a Pixel 6, using VOXI, and still, no 4G (or even 5G) connection.
What's the issue? Is it my account?
(P.S, I should also mention that I have been trying to get this fixed for years but unfortunately all the VOXI staff have been able to do is ask if I've got the right APN settings, which I always have.)

I would suggest to ask Voxi customer services to double check that your account has been provisioned for 4G.
I assume you've checked the status-checker that 4G is available in the areas you frequent.
I appreciate you've used a few phones since using Voxi but can you check in the phone's settings somewhere in Network / Connections to ensure that 2G/3G/4G or LTE auto connect has been chosen.
H+ in my understanding is a faster version of 3G.

However from what you write I'm leaning mode to an account issue.

I would like to add I have had the same issue and almost the exact same circumstances. I currently have a Samsung S21 Ultra which is 5G capable. I'm quite tech literate and feel I have done everything in my power to try to get this to work. I've had the same sim for 4-5 years now and still had the same issue since the start.

Hey @pseudofred Let's see if we can get to the bottom of this for you. If you're having a problem connecting in numerous locations, this indicates the issue maybe connected to your phone or SIM, as these are the common factors in all your connections. If you've had the issue since you connected your SIM and have changed your phone in the past 4-5 years. We'll need you to request a replacement SIM from the VOXI team, activate this against your number and let us know if you receive any improvement.
