Hi - I'm the tech manager for an online retailer that sells incontinence products in partnership with Age UK - www.ageukincontinence.co.uk. Today we've had reports from customers that they're unable to access the website as Vodafone are flagging it as 18+.
There is no nudity, profanity or other content that would be deemed 18+ - it's just an online shop selling healthcare products to the elderly. Please could you have the site reclassified, please? Could you also check our other online stores to ensure they've not been affected by the same issue?

Hi @nicklane - thanks for reaching out to us about the above sites. I've raised a case for www.ageukincontinence.co.uk and asked our Support team to review the site. This is logged under reference INC000005524363.
I've tested the other sites and they've loaded ok. If you do have any reports advising different, then please come back to me here with the message they're getting. We'll let you know as soon as there's an update to INC000005524363.
