Why is my website blocked?

Hi there, we have visitors reporting that my website (https://lglow.com) is showing either 'to confirm over 18 to see content' or 'your connection is not private.' We tried with different networks and found this is only the case when a device connected with Vodafone is used.

Can you explain why this is happening and and how we can resolve it and how to stop if from happening again.

@EvanC you can use https://www.virustotal.com/ to use multiple virus scanners at once on your website. Currently several of them are flagging yours as containing malware, so that's almost certainly your issue.
