Why is vodafone blocking my website?

Hi,

 

My website https://ce-tech.info/

 

Is being blocked by vodafone, stating that it's an 18+ website (it's not 18+ at all!)

 

It works on wifi and O2 networks, but vodafone is giving an issue.

 

I have https enabled and SSL certificates (can be checked on

Apologies for the slow response, I've been trying to get screenshots of the issue and have now managed to successfully get a recording of the issue. You'll see in the video, they can't access www.beautybay.com via 4G on their mobile. But they can access Ann Summers via 4G. Once back on wifi, they can access our site. 

To confirm, they are on Vodafone UK. But we have customers who have reported this issue from other Eurpoean countries. 

For further information, BT Strict has been blocking us due to incorrectly classifying our site. They have now re-classified our site and they are no longer blocking us. Can you confirm how our site is classified and that it is being done correctly, please? Thanks, Mark

Thanks for getting back to us, @MJ19. If you have any screenshots you can provide of the error, please provide them on here and we can get them forwarded across to the specialist team. Alternatively, if you would like to provide the video, you can drop us a message on Social Media, and explain that you've been sent across from our forum, so that we can see the error in the video.

@MJ19 that seems correct, what time did you post that and did you get a response yet at all?

Hi @Ingoe84! I've re-run Virus Total and there are no more flags on the site so I've raised this under INC000005346235. As soon as we receive an update, we'll update the thread here 🙂
