Hi,
My website https://ce-tech.info/
Is being blocked by vodafone, stating that it's an 18+ website (it's not 18+ at all!)
It works on wifi and O2 networks, but vodafone is giving an issue.
I have https enabled and SSL certificates (can be checked on
Please can this be fixed

Hi @R-K Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I've checked and can't see from our side that we're blocking your site. Please could pop over a screenshot fo the error that's being seen?

Hi Janey
Customers are seeing this message when trying to access the site through Safari when on a family plan with yourselves.

Thanks for sending that over @R-K We don't have "family plans" as such so I'm unsure what you mean. Please could explain this further?
I've tested and been able to access your website on a Vodafone mobile data connection. Please could you anyone who's having issues to clear their cache and cookies from their web browser, and then try again? Do you know if the issue is present when using a different browser?

@R-K It may be because of the cookies. https://radar.cloudflare.com/scan/8d4fe05a-dd0d-4dee-8471-d36f3cd61290/cookies

Thanks both, I've copied in the response from the person who raised this issue. I hope this helps.
When you set up multiple phone numbers with vodafone under 1 account they have a 'parent' assigned to the account then all others by default are classed as 'children'. Vodafone issue a block on set up/renewal to all 'children' numbers by default for adult content. When we removed the block on one phone classed as a 'child' phone they were able to access the site as usual. All other phones on the account that were classed as 'children' could not due to the block still being enabled.

Thanks for explaining @R-K Accounts with multiple numbers are all treated the same, we don't class any line as a parent or child number. On each line an adult content bar can be added and removed by the account holder via their My Vodafone account, at any time.
If you need further help with this, drop us another post.

Thanks Janey. As our site isn't an adult content site, are you able to do anything so it's not flagged as default?

It doesn't appear that we are as you'd be getting a different error @R-K We don't add blocks or bars to numbers by default. If a website is being blocked by us it's usually because some content has been flagged as malicious or dangerous. You can see on VirusTotal that yours is flagging as clean. Furthermore blocked.org shows we're aren't blocking it either.
Try the step provided earlier and let us know how you get on.

Hello, our site is blocked as well - https://www.peakbody.co.uk
We're a sports supplements website and it works on all other networks and ISPs. When accessing from vodafone you initially get a man-in-the-middle ssl cert hijack from allot.com. Could you please look into this and disable it.

Hi @DanPeakBody. I've checked the URL in question using my mobile on the Vodafone UK network and have faced no issues - I was able to access your website. To double-check, is this affecting Vodafone broadband users, or those on the Vodafone network outside of the UK?
Also, if you could pop over a screenshot of the issue, that would be great.
