Hi,

My website https://ce-tech.info/

Is being blocked by vodafone, stating that it's an 18+ website (it's not 18+ at all!)

It works on wifi and O2 networks, but vodafone is giving an issue.

I have https enabled and SSL certificates (can be checked on

Please can this be fixed Screenshot 2022-08-16 at 09.46.26.png

Hi @niallkiddle I've had an update to advise the website has now been re-classified and when our Support team has tested it, it's working as expected. It may take up to 24 hours to reach all our filters. Please ask users to clear their cache and cookies and re test this. If in 24 hours they still face the same issue, then please let us know here.

Hi @robbo651 - I'm sorry we missed this yesterday. I can see that under reference INC000005102079, the categorisation was updated in SecureNet on 10 June. Please can you send over a screenshot of the message that's being displayed, when Vodafone users are trying to access the site?

Hi @nashm I have raised this to be reviewed with reference INC000005173861, once we have any news we will be back in touch here.

Thank you for your patience @nashm. Our Network team have reviewed and reclassified the URL in question. Please clear your browser cache and cookies before trying again.

Hi Vodafone Team,

We have two apps called SnapE Cabs and SnapE Cabs driver partner which are ride hailing apps available on playstore Operating jn India

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.snape

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=product.driver.snapecabs

Since today evening the apps are not being able to connect on network when operated on vodafone network. Every other network works fine.

It seems that vodafone India is not allowing its user to reach our API domain:

api.snapecab.com

We run our DNS on cloudflare. Kindly check.

You'll probably need to contact Vodafone India as this is a UK support forum.  However, the apps do seem to work on Vodafone Mobile in the UK

Hi

This site is blocked for customers on family plans only https://www.beautybay.com/

Please can this be investigated? I don't believe it falls under and of the restriction categories and is also not blocked when individual network level parental controls are set (i.e. only affecting those who are not the 'parent' on a family plan
