eSIM purged status

Hello Team Vodafone,

 

We need your assistance with following query. 

We use Arkessa/Wireless Logic eSIM cards and connect to your network via LTE-M/NB-IoT connectivity. 

Recently, our watches could not connect to your network and asked following to Arkessa:

Is it possible to refresh these eSIM from your side?

Hey @aakash_soni. It's concerning to hear that you're experiencing an issue with your eSIMs, we completely understand the importance of keeping connected. As we don't have account access via the Community, I would recommend getting in touch with our Social Media team so that we can take a closer look. 

Alternatively, we do have a Live Chat online and a Customer Care team available over the phone on 191 free from a Vodafone mobile (03333 040191 from any other UK phone - charges depend on the network provider).

With you using  Arkessa/Wireless Logic eSIM cards, to connect to the network @aakash_soni , with the eSIM's having dropped off the network, they would need to reissue new eSIM's. for the watches.

 

You can certainly ask Vodafone the question, but you won't have an account to verify and with your account being with Arkessa, they may well refer you back to your provider.
