Hi
Does anyone know how long it usually takes for a OneNumber order to complete?
It has been 48hrs and my esim order (for my new smart watch) is still in status "Order in progress"...

Unfortunately, nope! They are as useless and incompetent as usual.
The first one I contacted via chat didn't even know what OneNumber was and the second one told me that smart watches are not compatible with OneNumber!!!!!

That's disappointing as Live Chat Agents have full access to Vodafone's support information etc @prodigualson
Perhaps do try via 191 or the Social Media Team's.

Yes, thank you, but my initial question was to know what was the usual wait time to get this sorted, based on user's experience. So I'd like someone who has done it to give me some insight. No need for me to waste my time with these people if the usual wait time is more than 2 days (which I doubt).

It can take up to 24 hours for an order to complete @prodigualson. thanks but this has already been done!!
I waited 48hrs since the first time I initiated the process.
Then contacted customer service through chat who said exactly like you: "I'm escalating this for you so that the OneNumber order is actioned manually". That was yesterday morning! 28 hours later, still nothing! Order is still "in progress"!
I just sent a twitter message to vodafone... with no hope

You have replied and I replied to you, now I'm STILL WAITING FOR YOUR REPLY WITH A FIX!
5 DAYS AND STILL NO REPLY FROM YOU TO MY LAST MESSAGE AND ISSUE STILL NOT FIXED!!!!!!!!!!
And by the way, YOU HAVE NOT HELPED ON TWITTER EITHER! All these idiots are doing is asking me for a code that they sent me on my phone every day, but still no one has helped!!!!!

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but despite much escalation and much wasted time on live chat my onenumber e sim has not been arrived, after a month. I have given up and will consider whether I want it badly enough to leave Vodafone and start again. Hope you have better luck!
