mobile internet keeps disconecting

hi there i have honor 70 and just in the last 2 days my internet keeps going off i can still ring out some times the signal goes off only 999 calls for a couple seconds or so but will not load any web sites at all even with the 4g is showing / going to the shop tomoz may need a new sim as it is unuseable now 👎😞 it is a duel sim thank god as i have a 3 sim in it witch is what i am  using now

Could it be the sim slot itself @phionex99  ?

Try swapping sim 1 and sim 2 to see if things change.

Also can you try your Vodafone sim card in another phone as a process of elimination to rule out the sim card and your Vodafone account as the issue and not the phone. 

I assume this issue happens everywhere so rules out your area as the issue.

hi there got it sorted out vodafone had not updated my data phone calls had text had but data was not after 40 min of talking to them and three hours later data was back on 😊
