I've had svery low Internet speed on 3/4G for a few wekks now and situation has been deterioating starting this week and even no connection at all.  I try to restart my phone everytime  when it happens but no improvement. I've never had this before in my house. I have run network checker, the signal in the UB7 9GL is good. Would like to know the reasons behind and solution.

If you pop your postcode into our Network Status Checker and click the ➖ button on the top right of the map, you can zoom out and see the alert   - you can also register your mobile number or email address for the latest updates on it 👍
