Age restriction

All of my setting both on my iPhone and the Vodafone app are turned off so I have no age restricted content bars on at all, however, my 4G is still blocking content and won’t allow me access. I have restarted my phone too and nothing changes. 

Does anyone know this issue and how to resolve?
