I use a move to earn App called STEPN and it is being blocked by Vodafone so I can’t use it how can I unblock this please

I have the app but when using it today it has been blocked by my provider

Try clearing the apps cache and if necessary data @Cryptoboy 

Also contact the app developer as they might be able to assist too.
