Can anyone send me the link to the Vodafone Apple TV trial? On veryme rewards it’s not allowing me to click the button to take me to the link, however is working for the reward for Apple fitness etc! So confused

Hi @revalako1. It's disappointing to hear that you're experiencing an issue claiming a VeryMe reward. We understand how concerning this must be. To make sure that we're on the same page, when you say the claim button isn't working, could you provide a little more information? For example, is it greyed out, is it now allowing you to tap it, do you tap it and nothing happens etc. Also, are you referring to the 'Claim now' or 'Go to site' button?

Hey @jiwacfa1, the link should redirect you to the page to complete the order, but if you are still facing issues can you try to reset the app or reinstalling it and trying again, if you face issues after that please contact the VeryMe team via the app by visiting the rewards then clicking help at the bottom of the page this will give you an option to chat to the team to help get this fixed.
