I appear to have received a cheque from vodafone but doesnt look genuine! Dont want to look a dafty at the bank if not. How can you tell?

This will be a refund from Vodafone, you may have cancelled your contract and did  not receive a full refund.

Ask Vodafone Customer service on 191 or Live Chat if they have issued a refund or pop into a Vodafone Highstreet Store @Sferg22 

You won't look daft at your bank as they are in place to let you know if the cheque is a genuine one.

Thanks.. Just have no recollection of being with vodafone but will try at bank

Hi @Sferg22 We've recently ran a campaign of cheque refunds for customers with older closed accounts that have outstanding credit that needs returning, so it's likely this cheque relates to this. If you're unsure, pop our lovely social media team a message here, and they can help check the validity of this for you.
