Company website being incorrectly blocked

I have a customer who is trying to visit on their phone using 4G not wifi and has been blocked from the site as Vodaphone claims it is 18+.


I have had others on the Vodaphone network and people on other providers navigate successfully to it. 


However, another has the problem too, they have the family filter switched on, and when he loaded an incognito browser in chrome and visited the website was filtered as an 18+ website! He then turned on his VPN and was able to load the site with no problems.


This is now 2 independent instances of Vodafone users demonstrate this issue with - it would appear to point to a family filter of some kind on the Vodafone network.


The site is not blacklisted anywhere and this only occurs on Vodafone network devices with family filter on.


Could someone please advise or ideally resolve the issue please.

Thank you for letting us know what's happening with your site - I've raised this to be looked at, to see if we can get the classification updated for you -  I'll let you know when we have some news.

We're still looking into this at the moment @gshelp and we'll let you know when we have some news - you don't need to do anything from your side, other than clearing your cache/cookies once any changes have been made 🙂
