Vodafone left a default notice on my credit file for £61, despiote the fact I did not actually use the Vodafone service.
Despite my challenging the Vodafone for a service I did not use, I was still given a default notice. Ever since I have settle the "debt" and yet the default notice remains.
For £61, this has impacted my ability to get any loan and it is seriously affecting my family. What can I do to rectify this issue as I am being made to pay too heavy a price for a Vodafone service I never actually used in the first place.

Hi @tomioyebadejo, we have a specialist credit file team that works on Twitter and Facebook, the team can investigate the Vodafone account and check for any markers on your credit report. If any changes are needed following the investigation, this can be arranged on the social media channels. All of the contact details for the team can be found here.
